Joining this dynamic team as a
Public Sector Consulting Manager will provide you with the opportunity on working with digital government services being able to shape their digital outlook directly impacting society by working on large scale projects.

As a Public Sector Consulting Manager, you will:

Be accountable for large annual revenue budgets across a portfolio of government cliental
Partner with the wider internal senior leadership teams to develop strategic account plans in one or more areas of the Public Sector Vertical
Be multifunctional with working on the strategy and advisory side with clients as well as the handson delivery of projects
Manage all internal and external stakeholders effectively
Develop the internal team and grow the practice organically
Create a high impact thought leadership, propositions and market impact

The Successful Public Sector Consulting Manager skillset will be:

For Manager you will have at least 7 years relevant consulting experience
For Senior Manager you will have at least 10 years consulting relevant experience
Been accountable for large annual revenue targets and delivering consistent exceptional results
Experienced within areas such as: Digital Strategy, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Target Operating Models
A robust understanding of a range of digital transformation skills such as: Operating Models, Customer Experience, Service Design, Process Improvement
A functional Knowledge of the Public Sector landscape with previous exposure to projects in this environment
A team player with a proven ability to work in a diverse multicultural environment
A forward and innovative thinker with a focus on shaping the practice to meet long term goals
Experienced in being a direct line manager and mentor to juniors within the team
