Perfect for a confident administration professional, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to get involved with a diverse range of responsibilities.


What you'll be doing day to day:

  • Acting as a key support in delivering administration support in a timely and effective manner
  • Building strong relationships with the Business Advisory teams across our offices
  • Drafting letters including letters of engagement/standing instruction to clients in accordance with brand and risk procedures
  • Managing the 'Know Your Client' and Anti-Money Laundering clearance processes
  • Liaising with clients, partners and managers regarding the signing and filing of signed financial statements
  • Controlling and monitoring the bank confirmation process and various logs including those covering assignment reviews
  • Drafting and processing client bills
  • Supporting managers through the HMRC compliance processes
  • Providing the Partnership with personal assistance as and when required and supporting the Business Support Manager
  • Facilitating travel and accommodation arrangements in line with the Firm's policies
  • Coordinating diaries and meeting management for staff as and when required

  • Proactive, efficient, organised, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Educated to A level (or equivalent) with experience in a professional services environment
  • Strong communicator with adaptability to suit the audiences you are supporting
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership for the delivery of highquality work
  • Ability to use own initiative and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Be comfortable handling sensitive information in a discrete and confidential manner
  • Excellent IT skills, in particular MS Office
