What you'll be doing day to day:
- Acting as a key support in delivering administration support in a timely and effective manner
- Building strong relationships with the Business Advisory teams across our offices
- Drafting letters including letters of engagement/standing instruction to clients in accordance with brand and risk procedures
- Managing the 'Know Your Client' and Anti-Money Laundering clearance processes
- Liaising with clients, partners and managers regarding the signing and filing of signed financial statements
- Controlling and monitoring the bank confirmation process and various logs including those covering assignment reviews
- Drafting and processing client bills
- Supporting managers through the HMRC compliance processes
- Providing the Partnership with personal assistance as and when required and supporting the Business Support Manager
- Facilitating travel and accommodation arrangements in line with the Firm's policies
- Coordinating diaries and meeting management for staff as and when required

- Proactive, efficient, organised, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Educated to A level (or equivalent) with experience in a professional services environment
- Strong communicator with adaptability to suit the audiences you are supporting
- Strong attention to detail and ownership for the delivery of highquality work
- Ability to use own initiative and problemsolving skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Be comfortable handling sensitive information in a discrete and confidential manner
- Excellent IT skills, in particular MS Office
