Posted- 16-May-2023- Service line- GWS Segment- Role type- Full-time- Areas of Interest- Project Management- Location(s)- London - England - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland- Job Title - EMEA PJM LeadPurpose of The Job- Achieve successful delivery of all project management and construction management services to SYN across EMEA and DACH.Provide Programme Management Office (PMO) leadership for all projects across the globe to provide SYN customer and account team with single point of contact for all projects and ensure consistency, accountability and control of projects across client portfolio.

Maintain and develop close liaison with colleagues in FM Operations, to deliver a seamless service that exceeds their increasing expectations.

Play an active role in and contribute appropriately to the leadership team of the SYN account.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial- Full Profit and Loss responsibility for the EMEA and DACH project business.

  • Ensure appropriate commercial arrangements are in place to achieve financial targets.
  • Identify and convert growth opportunities within designated account.
  • Responsible for global Projects strategy and performance of SYN account as an active member of the EMEA Management Team.
  • Represent SYN projects at an Executive level within GWS.
Customers- Proactively manage customer relationships to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Multiple SYN stakeholders across globe - Procurement, Real Estate, Engineering and Construction Services, Data Centre operations etc

  • Provide Programme Management Office leadership across EMEA to ensure consistency, accountability and control of projects across client portfolio.
  • Develop and improve relationship with all departments within SYN.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills across multiple Countries and cultures.
  • Ensure a meeting regime exists on a defined frequency that satisfies the client/s needs
  • Provide regular, accurate and timely client reporting to meet and exceed customer's expectations
People- Manage and develop the Projects team to include recruitment, training development plans as to execute the current portfolio and demonstrate capability for larger projects

  • Support succession and development of all team members
  • Provide projects business team leadership and at all times demonstrating excellent Leadership Expectation Model behaviours.
  • Provide good levels of communication and support to Country Project Managers in achieving their objectives.
  • Provide support for succession and development planning across EMEA for project management resources within the SYN account
