A busy and growing dual-site NHS GP Practice based at Medi Centre, Tanners Lane, Warrington with branch surgery at Orford Park Jubilee Hub, Warrington We are looking for a reliable hardworking and enthusiastic person with initiative to join our busy friendly Practice team as a Medical Receptionist/Patient Care Advisor The purpose of the role is to offer general assistance to the practice team project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors either in person or via the telephone Receive assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous efficient effective way Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice including providing secretarial clerical support to clinical staff members of other teams Facilitate effective communication between patients members primary health care secondary care associated agencies
