Description

Trades 360 is a recruitment agency working with a well stablished construction Drylining company based in Macclesfield, Cheshire.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join their growing team on a permanent contract.

Duties:

Intermittent site visits will be required
Review of tender documentation
Compilation of tender enquiries
Preparation of takeoffs
Preparation of tender submissions utilising estimating software package
Considering and actioning any post tender submission queries
Preparation of budget costings
Attendance of pretender submission meetings, contractor's days or site visits
Attendance of internal prestart meetings
Identification of potential forthcoming tender leads

Requirements and skills:

Experience with drylining / Ceiling fixing Estimating
Conversant in software packages such as Microsoft excel, word, outlook and notable construction estimating software packages
Positive, 'cando' attitude
Team player
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High professional standards aligned with honesty and integrity
Ability to work to required timelines
