Market Research Caller
Part time - 6 month temporary contract.


About Us:
TTS is an established IT Support provider dedicated to providing IT solutions to small businesses. We are currently seeking a motivated and resilient Market Research Caller to join our team on a temporary basis. This remote role is pivotal in gathering valuable market insights to help shape our services and growth strategy.

As a Market Research Caller, you will play a key role in our company's market research efforts.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to a list of companies, engaging with decision-makers, and gathering crucial information to support our sales and marketing initiatives.

Hours:

Calls must be made between 9am and 5:00pm Mon - Fri avoiding the lunch break period of 12pm - 2pm, but specific hours are open to discussion.

It's expected that 4 hours per day would be the average working time.


Contract Duration:6 months.


Contract Type:
Employed or self-employed considered.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound market research calls to a provided list of companies.
• Conduct a second round of calls directly to decision makers, in order to establish important details about the market.
• Liaise daily with the office team to discuss progress and finetune the approach.
• Ensure a high level of professionalism.
• Meet daily call targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience at cold calling.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection without being deterred.
• High level of selfmotivation and discipline.
• Confident with everyday use of Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable with technology and computer systems.
