**IT Support Technician
Hampshire

Salary up to £30,000 + Benefits + Career Growth Opportunites**CV Screen is recruiting for IT Support Technicians who will join a highly successful and team-orientated managed IT services organisation.

The IT Support Technician role will provide 1st and 2nd line on-site technical support to a designated client, ensuringthat the ICT needs are met in a professional and courteous manner.

A salary of up to £30,000 is offered DOE.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

To provide technical support to the ICT systems
Ensure equipment is installed and ready for use
Ensure IT related services and security systems are working
Troubleshoot, resolve or escalate onsite issues with all relevant information
Reimaging devices, finding missing or updated drivers where required
Restoring Data as required
Hardware repair and replacement. From component level to complete device
Liaise with third party software and service providers where required Administration
Utilise the Helpdesk System provided to manage all tickets and requests
Maintain customer IT records

Microsoft Office 36

Troubleshooting

SALARY:

Up to £30,000 + Bonus + Training and Career Progression + Benefits
