More about your role
The Fire Risk Assessor will undertake risk assessments, record audits, and provide health, safety, and compliance advice for two key areas across Affordable Housing; the health and safety of our people and the effectiveness of our policies and practices to ensure our properties are compliant with the relevant regulations and therefore safe for our customers

This role will be based in Bristol with frequent travel required within a 100 mile radius. Occasional overnight travel may also be required

More about you

It is an essential requirement that applicants of this role hold one of the following: a NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate or equivalent, Level 2 in Fire Risk Assessment, Membership of IOSH, IFE or IFSM Technical Member.

Ideally, applicants will also be competent in Fire Door Inspections and have good knowledge of cladding, construction and building regulations.

Due to the significant travel requirements of this role, it is essential that applicants hold a full Driving Licence.
