OPPORTUNITY AWAITS AT SCAPE:

Location:
Scape Canada Water

Hours: 40 hours per week. Your normal working hours will be on a shift basis to cover 7am-8pm, Monday - Sunday. You will also be part of an on-call rota which will include evenings and weekends.

Onboarding:

As part of your onboarding you will be required to provide 3 years of references and complete a DBS check.

As a Maintenance Operative, your main responsibilities would be:

Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance work, training will be provided, basic knowledge of general property maintenance preferred. (basic painting skills required)
Carry out fault finding and leak investigations.
Carry out repairs and/or additional work arising from examinations and investigations.
Comply with Health and Safety processes and responsibilities.
Complete work reports on an iPad
Work as part of the maintenance team and under your own initiative
Stocktaking (where appropriate) and keep records of stock levels.
Ensure that plant rooms and other maintenance areas are kept tidy, and equipment is checked on a regular basis. Faulty or broken equipment is to be reported and resolved through liaison with your Maintenance Manager and outside contractors.
Sign in and assist specialist subcontractors when required.
Replace light switches, light bulbs and fixtures.
Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
