Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of conference and banqueting operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of events
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide exceptional guest services
  • Plan and organize fundraising events, including securing sponsorships and managing budgets
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, ensuring quality service and costeffectiveness
  • Collaborate with the catering team to create customized menus and ensure highquality food and beverage service
  • Supervise banquet staff, providing training, guidance, and support as needed
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices in conference and banqueting management

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or event management is required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of banquet operations, catering services, and restaurant/hotel industry standards
  • Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience:
