Main Duties:

Design/Technical Office administration duties.

Administration of MRP software which includes the following:

  • Creation of Bills of Material from drawings and parts lists.
  • Creation of Sales Order numbers for DCN stock contracts.
  • Create pick lists for Stores and Manufacturing departments.
  • Advise Purchasing of all part requirements for contracts.
  • Close down works orders on "ready for delivery" items.
  • Maintenance of the Parts database.
  • Any other tasks within the remit of Operations Administrator that are not previously identified.
  • Assist in the duties of the MRP System Administrator and cover all duties when required.
  • Any other administration duties which may arise within an engineering office environment.
  • Creation of Sales Order numbers for DCN stock contracts.

Hours:
Mon - Thurs - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Friday - 8:30am - 4:00pm

Holiday: 22 Days, increases to 25 with service years.
