We are looking for an experienced Resourcing Advisor to join our Medical Workforce Team and support the delivery of a high quality, pro-active recruitment service to medical roles across the Trust.


If you are looking for a role in which you can utilise your excellent administrative, communication and team working skills, then this is an opportunity for you to explore.


To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience of providing an end-to-end recruitment service within a large complex organisation
  • Experience of working in a customer focused environment
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills to manage a number of vacancies at varying stages of the recruitment process
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams
  • Ideally, some knowledge of using NHS systems to include TRAC (erecruitment system), NHS jobs and ESR
  • Ability to manage your own workload and competing priorities.
  • Able to work independently
  • Willing to undergo training and development


The role is full time and predominately home based, but there may be some travel to Trust sites to fulfil the duties of the role.

This role gives the opportunity for hybrid working and you will typically be asked to work in a hybrid way, working from your home and also from Trust HQ The Uffculme Centre, or any other agreed site.
