We operate CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulated activities within our villages and nursing homes.

We are seeking a Head of Quality with excellent clinical knowledge, and previous experience in leading regulatory audits and improvement projects.

You will be expected to provide leadership on all issues relating to clinical excellence and quality improvement, including mentoring and training staff, conducting supervisions as required, auditing care outcomes, reviewing medication administration, resident care plans and risk assessments.

You will be a role model for all staff working within the villages and nursing homes and help to create an open, positive, and inclusive culture.

You will also be expected to build strong relationships with all stakeholders, such as GPs, Local Authorities, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Safeguarding Teams and the CQC.

You will co-ordinate all aspects of Quality and Safety within the Company framework.

This will include further development, evaluation and monitoring of audit strategies, policy and procedure development and review, supporting risk management, resident experience, complaint responses, staff experience, clinical effectiveness, and quality.

The Head of Quality will ensure that consistent after-incident processes are in place, ensure emerging themes are identified and shared and recommendations are put into practice.

You will also support innovative ways to capture residents' experience of care, analyse and prepare the data, and present feedback to local and umbrella governance.
