Expleo have a requirement for Programme Delivery Lead who will be responsible for leading and delivering the strategy for profitable growth in our account Support programme as part of the vibrant Aerospace Organisation.

The account is growing at a rapid pace and requires an individual who can successfully juggle a number of priorities whilst maintaining delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide leadership, development & direction to the team
  • Responsibility for the performance of projects within your area of responsibility
  • Deliver strong financial performance.
  • Develop a strategy that delivers sustainable business growth
  • Ensuring Project Financial Reviews are performed in line with company process, supporting the UK Head of Projects to manage KPIs
  • The preparation of budgets for submission to the relevant Operations Director, including
  • Championing the SQCDP process
  • Proposals for development and the acquisition of new equipment and skills.
  • Assessing and monitoring the performance of staff and arranging for training of personnel in accordance with company needs in conjunction with the relevant Operations Director and Head of People Services.
  • Ensuring that each department is adequately staffed and correctly organised, to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Ensuring that the customers' requirements are being met and achieving maximum efficiency and economy compatible with the quality required by the customer.
  • Driving continuous improvement with your area of responsibility
  • Proposal and Quotation Management and Approval
  • Contract management of orders to include negotiation of initial orders, amendments to orders, work variation payments and financial progress monitoring.
  • Liaison with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that customer quality requirements are fully understood at the proposal stage and on receipt of orders.
  • Ensuring that necessary corrective actions, following internal audits, are initiated and promptly implemented.
  • Ensuring the security of data and information received inconfidence from clients.

Qualifications:

  • HND/degree level within an Engineering, Project Management or Business/Operational Management field or/and be able to demonstrate experience and proven capability.

  • Exercise care for own health and safety and that of others as defined by Health and Safety. legislation, adhere to endorsed Company policy, procedures and delegations (e.g. Health & Safety, Diversity & Inclusion, Performance & Development Reviews and Finance etc.)
  • Management of self and workload to ensure on time delivery.
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office packages.

Experience:


  • Significant experience in an Operational or Programme leadership position
  • Exceptional KPI Ownership & delivery focus
  • High level of contractual and financial acumen
  • Significant Marine / Aerospace / Defence sector experience preferably within an Engineering Services business.
  • Experience of performance management of people & teams
  • Demonstrable experience of leading the development and successful implementation of strategic programmes.
  • Experience of working with diverse and multiple stakeholders, in a complex environment

What do I need before I apply:

  • Minimum BPSS, SC Clearance preferred
