About Security and Loss Prevention and the Role

As the Global Security Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, assets, and operations worldwide, with a specific emphasis on Travel Risk Management.

We're looking for an individual with a "can-do" attitude, who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on.

You will lead a team of security professionals, overseeing and coordinating security efforts to mitigate risks and respond effectively to incidents.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of GSOC operators, ensuring their training, development, and performance meet high standards.
Monitor and analyse security intelligence to proactively identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, particularly those associated with travel.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate travel security measures into business processes.
Oversee the planning and execution of security training for the GSOC team.
Prepare and present regular reports on GSOC operations, incidents, and security performance to senior management.
Manage security technology systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience in security operations
Proven experience with travel risk is highly desirable.
Previous experience in a supervisory role is desired
Knowledge of global security trends, regulations, and best practices, particularly those related to travel safety.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
Willingness to complete the Intelligence Analyst course with our preferred supplier.
