Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels
• Stay uptodate with product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not essential
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
