Working on a no win no fee basis, our dedicated teams ensure our clients don't need to worry about the stress and hassle of making a claim.

We'll arrange medical treatment, a replacement credit hire vehicle within four working hours of instruction, and support with the legal procedures

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with the daily post, scanning and allocating
  • Assisting the team with the functioning of various proclaim stages, together with any other future phases that are to be implemented
  • Contact clients and third parties to chase the return of any outstanding documentation and assist in the progression of the claim
  • Deliver a level of client care in accordance with service level agreements
  • Delivering documents to court and counsel when required
  • Ensure tidiness within the working environment
  • Ad-Hoc duties as and when requested
  • Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies including data confidentiality and the operational security of the Information Systems used
  • Always follow the Department procedures and processes along with the Company policies
  • To ensure you uphold the Core Values of the Winn Group
  • Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team for this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it
