Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with the daily post, scanning and allocating
- Assisting the team with the functioning of various proclaim stages, together with any other future phases that are to be implemented
- Contact clients and third parties to chase the return of any outstanding documentation and assist in the progression of the claim
- Deliver a level of client care in accordance with service level agreements
- Delivering documents to court and counsel when required
- Ensure tidiness within the working environment
- Ad-Hoc duties as and when requested
- Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies including data confidentiality and the operational security of the Information Systems used
- Always follow the Department procedures and processes along with the Company policies
- To ensure you uphold the Core Values of the Winn Group
- Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team for this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it
