Care Assistant - Bank Staff

Jasmyn Care Ltd is looking for caring, passionate individuals looking for a fulfilling environment to help vulnerable individuals enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.

As a Care Assistant, you would be helping meet the personal needs of service users, and assist day service staff within the implementation of support plans.

This will include work within a day service base or supervised work in the community

About You

Hold or be willing to work towards NVQ Care 2 / Diploma equivalent
Have knowledge/appreciation of service user needs and abilities and that of their carers.
Have experience of working directly with adults, individuals or groups
Put into practice the client's commitment to excellent customer care.
Work efficiently and effectively and actively looks for ways of improving services and outcomes for customers.
Works well with colleagues but also able to work on their own initiative.
Shares the client's commitment to providing a safe environment for customers and staff and also treating all with respect and consideration.
Be able to use basic ICT systems safely and as appropriate to the level of the post, if required.
Have high level of punctuality and attendance
