We are looking for a customer service superstar to work for a leading Science Park in Sandwich, being the go to for all tenants, prospective tenants and visitors.

The park has ambitious plans to become a world leader in its field, so this role has plentyof opportunity to progress and thrive in a positive, exciting and prestigious environment.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Lead and manage the Reception Team and ensure the successful delivery of the Front of House services across the Park, ensuring highest levels of customer satisfaction, security and safety.
  • As a first point of contact for visitors to the Park you will ensure a warm, professional, and engaging welcome that creates a great first impression and memorable experience.
  • Develop rotas to ensure a high level of visibility in the reception areas and support the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Engage with and welcome new Tenants and Visitors to Discovery Park, directing them as may be required and ensuring new Tenants are effectively onboarded.
  • Build and maintain professional customer focused relationships with our Discovery Park Community.
  • You will assist with tours of building and office space for prospective non science tenants.
  • You will support your colleagues within the Business Development Team to promote events, deliver opportunities for tenant engagement and communication strategies.
  • Proactively communicate and promote our services to tenants and visitors to site i.e. concierge, conferencing facilities and catering etc
  • Assisting the Senior Management Team with projects as they come up
