£32,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Workshop Controller Role:

This is an excellent opportunity and would suit someone looking for career development. As Workshop Controller you will be a pro-active member of the Aftersales management team. Supervising a workshop, you will be responsible for overseeing and motivatinga team of Technicians on a day-to-day basis.

You will be required to run an efficient and professional operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of parts and labour.


You will have experience of working within an Aftersales environment in a quality franchise and you will also be effective in people-management and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customersatisfaction and the Centre's reputation.

You will be able to prioritise work while also identifying and maximising business opportunities.
