Executive Assistant - 12 moth FTC


Adecco Recruitment Team are proud to recruit on behalf of our established Client in the Education sector for a vibrant Executive Assistant to provide efficient Admin / PA support to Executive members.

It's a wonderful opportunity to work in a constantly growing and inspiring environment.

It's a perfect role for a Professional with previous experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant / PA) and background in Not for Profit / Charity or Education setting.

Strong minute taking skills are essential.

Main Duties:


  • Manage complex calendars, arrange meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Support in the preparation of paperwork for meetings, correspondence and other documentation, Powerpoint presentations, reports, letters and spreadsheets
  • Take minutes
  • Communicate with internal and external meeting attendees
  • Meet and greet visitors on arrival in the office reception
  • Respond and advise efficiently to all electronic or verbal enquiries for the office
  • Assist and ensure financial aspects (i.e. including payment of invoices are carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Assist or lead on specific adhoc projects
  • General administration

Requirements:


  • Background working in Not for Profit / Charity or Education
  • GCSE in English and Mathematics grade C or above
  • Previous experience in Executive Assistant or PA role
  • Admin and customer service skills
  • Minute taking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate high levels of discretion and diplomacy
  • IT savvy including great Microsoft Office skills
