My Client is looking for a Management Accountant to join their team in Oswestry.The Role
- Assisting the Financial Controller with production of Monthly Management Accounts
- Prepare Accruals & Prepayment Journals
- Prepare stock adjustment journals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Bank Reconciliations
- VAT Return
- Preparation and Monitoring of Weekly Forecasting
- Oversee and cover day to day Cash, Banking and Sales reconciliations
- Sales & purchase ledger support
- Petty cash control
- Ad hoc reporting and duties related to the role
Skills
- Experience within a hospitality accounting department & using Property Management Systems
- Knowledge of Sage 200 accounting an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Experience of preparing management information
- Highly computer literate
- Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Problem solving abilities
