Reception & Visitor Coordinator

Salary:
£28,540 per annum, plus Veolia benefits and pension


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week


Location:
Southwark IWMF 43 Devon Street SE15 1AL

What you'll be doing;

  • Manage all site visits and meeting bookings, including allocation of meeting rooms for colleagues and organising catering as required
  • Manage all deliveries to site, including receiving and directing deliveries to the correct team
  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, including wider Veolia staff, corporate clients, council and government bodies, and school groups, ensuring they are welcomed & inducted
  • Handle external customer enquiries
  • Provide site tours for visitors
  • Setting up and looking after the tour equipment and PPE
  • Manage enquiries via the Southwark Reception Inbox
  • Act as Fire Warden and First Aider
  • Assist Support Services Team Leader to provide internal communication and staff engagement activities for the contract as required

What we're looking for;

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (remaining calm, polite and courteous)
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent standard of written and spoken English
  • Good IT Skills
  • General switchboard experience or dealing with people on the phone
