About the Role:
To lead one of our local teams in the delivery of various supported housing services including our new Active Opportunity Pathway for those experiencing multiple disadvantage or severe multiple disadvantage and/or temporary accommodation.
- Led a team to deliver a high-quality service to support people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantages.
- Maintained accurate records of support engagements and risk assessments
- Worked with colleagues to ensure maximum levels of service utilisation and efficiency
- Safeguarding awareness and protection for individuals residents colleagues and the wider community
- Familiarity with digital support management systems as well as maintaining accuracy at all times
- Fully developed ICT skills excellent written verbal communication skills confident engagement with external partners stakeholders for benefit residents service organisation
