A new opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor to join the Manchester office of a reputable international law firm.

Our client is a market-leading international law firm.

Their highly experienced Real Estate group regularly deals with multi-million pound transactions and acts for some of the largest property owners and developers in the country.

They advise on all aspectsof Real Estate business including major retail, mixed use and office developments, property financing and commercial landlord and tenant matters and, portfolio acquisitions and disposals.

Due to expansion they are looking to a junior Solicitor to the team in Manchester.

You will ideally be between NQ-2PQE in Real Estate, with your training experience gained at a national or recognised regional practice.

You will have as broad Commercial Property experience as possible, ideally with knowledge and experience of advising investorsand developers, although this isn't essential.

A passion and flair for business development will be beneficial as the firm encourages lawyers to get out into the market and assist in marketing the team and firm.
