Summary
We need a solution Sales Professional with a special focus on Support Services.
The Sales Professional engages in executive and technical conversation both in and outside IT to provide customers with insights and solutions leveraging the client Support offerings that drive business transformation.
This person has a strong analytical ability to cross reference information, generate insights and summarize information.Responsibilities
- You will be a technical sales influencer in shaping internal / external customer decisions to engage with Support Services.
- As an active contributor on the sales opportunity team, you will build a strong and active business network to meet & exceed sales targets and operational standards.
- You will influence the client Support go to market strategies by providing feedback to sales, marketing, and engineering on current and future product requirements and sales blockers you encounter.
- You will analyze information, review and prepare reports, cross reference data, generate insights and summarize for stakeholders.
Key Skills
- 5+ years of technologyrelated sales
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, Access, Power BI
- Executive Presence. Leadership and confidence required to challenge customer status quo. Demonstrated experience and expertise selling to senior business decision makers by aligning & reinforcing the value of the solution to the customer's overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities and decision criteria.
- Collaborative. 5+ years' experience working with peers. Ability to orchestrate and influence virtual teams to pursue sales opportunities and lead vteams through influence.
- Coaching & Enablement. Contribute to the success of others on the team by sharing best practices, patterns, and offering technical leadership and enablement with key stakeholders.
- Trusted advisor. Deep understanding of key competitive service providers. The ability to articulate the advantages of client Support to technical decision makers. Execute a solution sales process that adds value to customers through commercial teaching to win the business and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Technical Passion for and experience with Migration/Modernization to cloud and technology management.
- Using Excel to generate reports with imported data, cross reference information, generate insights, connect databases.
- Using Power BI to generate reports and summarize information.
- Using Access to create and maintain databases.
- Proficiency on using Office tools.
- Understanding of Low code platform and technologies such as Power Platform.
