Role Overview
Our Lettings Coordinators are key members of our front office teams and ensure that our Landlords and Tenants get the very best customer service from start to finish.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who pays attention to detail and who can work effectively on their own and within a team.
We want those with a can-do approach and someone who isn't afraid to get involved in lots of different projects.
You willbe working closely with the Head of Lettings, Negotiator, property managers and will swiftly become the go-to person in your team.
You will also join and be supported by a network of over 40 Lettings Coordinators nationally.Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and sending paperwork to landlords and ensuring the property is compliant before marketing
- Preparing marketing material using our internal & external systems, as well as social media platforms
- Managing office audits and keeping uptodate with the latest industry legislation for efficient procedures.
Key Skills
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
- Excellent written and communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment individually and as part of a team.
- Ideally be ARLA licensed/achieved the NFOPP Technical Award (not essential)
Team Overview
The Windsor Lettings Team has three team members, a Director, one Associate Director, and a new Negotiator. We are a high volume and successful team who run the second biggest country lettings office. We cover everything from new build developments in Sloughto the finest Windsor townhouses and riverside homes. The working environment is friendly with many plates spinning and a very established and strong office team spirit.
