Travel Administrator

Hertford


Salary:
£22,000


Contract:
Permanent, Full Time - Monday - Friday, 9.30am-6.30pm - Alternate Saturdays, 9.30am - 5.00pm.

My client is looking for a proactive and organised individual to join their friendly team who will support the Travel Consultants in creating bespoke holiday itineraries to destinations around the world.


Skills Required:


  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Computer skills and the ability to perform mathematical computations
  • Geographical knowledge and an interest in travel
  • Ability to deliver clear and concise verbal or written communications

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Maintaining sales office resources and environment
  • Checking booking and confirmation accuracy
  • Managing and distributing sales enquires to staff
