A Day in the Life of a Business Support Executive at Cast UK:

As a Business Support Executive at Cast UK, your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to various teams and tasks that keep our business running efficiently.


Collaboration with the
CEO

Throughout the day, you'll work closely with the
CEO, providing administrative support and contributing to strategic discussions.

This could involve scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, or even offering insights and recommendations based on your understanding of the company's operations.

Your ability to anticipate the
CEO's needs and provide reliable support will be essential.


Office Administration

Accounts and Debt Chasing
A super important aspect of this role includes working on the company's accounts. This might involve processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and following up on outstanding payments.

You'll be proactive in chasing any overdue debts, communicating with clients to ensure timely payments, and playing your part in managing the company's accounts.


Data Support
You'll play a crucial role in data management. This could include updating customer databases, generating reports, and analysing relevant information to support the decision-making process. Your attention to detail and data-driven approach will be invaluable in this aspect of your role.


Marketing Team Support
Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you'll provide valuable assistance in various projects and campaigns. This might involve coordinating with external suppliers, managing event logistics, or even contributing to the creation of marketing materials. Your adaptability and willingness to lend a hand will be highly appreciated by the marketing team.
