Description
The post holder will be part of a team that is responsible for providing a number of key front / back of house services that underpins the Estates activities including the Strategy and the delivery of the operational service to a high quality service level


Duties will include:


  • Responsible for administration duties for facilities maintenance team
  • Logging the emergency call out information
  • Managing any filing and scanning of the departments paperwork
  • Offer support to the Helpdesk service as and when required
  • Responsible for logging compliance data
