My client who is based in Whiteley is currently looking for a Client Services Advisor to join their team on a full time basis.

My client is a financial services business with great offices.


Description
As the Client Services Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Always providing excellent level of service for clients
  • Be responsible for the daytoday administration for direct clients, relationship managers and external advisers
  • Build effective relationships with customers, advisers and relationship managers
  • Provide a level of technical support to advisers and relationship managers
  • Process new business as well as client withdrawals in a timely manner
  • Create investment proposals for potential new clients
  • Actively seeks ways of improving quality and efficiencies in procedures
  • Error management, resolution, and root cause analysis

Profile
In order to be considered for the role you will:

  • Have previously worked within financial or professional services
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be well organised and able to prioritise
  • Be willing to learn
