About MCS

MCS certifies low-carbon products and installations used to produce electricity and heat from renewable sources, including solar panels and heat pumps.

Small-scale renewable energy is increasingly affordable and gives people the opportunity to heat or power their home themselves, reducing dependence on fossil fuels.

By encouraging people to invest in renewable energy technology, we aim to make a real contribution to the global fight against climate change and help the UK meet its recent commitment to achieving zero carbon emissions by while creating new green jobs in the process.

Abou You
Are you passionate about low carbon technologies?

This is a highly technical role that would be suited to a tradesperson such as a plumbing & heating engineer or electrician with a good knowledge of renewable technology with relevant qualifications.

Is this you?

Do you share our vision to see MCS certified products and installations in every home and community?

Can you demonstrate the knowledge and skills we need to give people confidence in low-carbon energy technology, by helping us define, maintain, and improve delivered installation quality?

Do you enjoy the open road?

If your answers to the above questions are "yes", then we'd love to speak with you.
