I am delighted to be partnering with a growing business based on the outskirts of Colchester seeking to recruit a Financial Controller.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervise and manage the Finance team
  • Ultimate responsibility for production of monthly management accounts
  • Maintenance and continuous improvement of internal financial compliance and controls
  • Experience preparing annual Accounts and managing external Audit process
  • Preparation of Management Information Packs
  • To produce and monitor forecast cashflows, managing the cash position proactively
  • Partner with wider business to help drive improvement and growth
