The OpportunityWe're looking for a Business Analyst who'll help shape Dynamics 365 CE solutions that actually work for the people using them. You'll be part of a close-knit delivery team working alongside consultants, developers, and project managers to turn ideas into practical solutions. From first discovery to final rollout, you'll play a key role in ensuring the project lands with impact.
What You'll Do
Lead workshops and discovery sessions to uncover business needs and pain points
Translate stakeholder goals into functional requirements and user stories
Collaborate with developers, consultants, and project teams to design scalable, user‐centric D365 CE solutions
Support testing, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption
Champion continuous improvement and user experience throughout the project lifecycle
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to document and translate business needs into technical requirements
Understanding of business processes and CRM best practice
