React/React Native Software Engineer - Cardiff
Hybrid / Salary up to £45,000

Yolk is supporting a fast-moving and well-funded company, in their search for a mid-level Software Engineer to join their growing Mobile Engineering team.

This is what you'll be doing:

Writing unit tests using Jest
Writing e2e tests using Detox
Becoming an integral part of their Agile Scrum team and contributing to sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
Performing code reviews to promote and maintain best practices

The experience you'll bring to the team:

Experience with React or React Native (redux, sagas, hooks, context)
Experience with Typescript
Experience working with SQL databases
Experience working within an Agile Scrum environment
Experience working with Git, using the Gitflow methodology
A keen eye for detail and a passion for building beautiful and intuitive user interfaces
Good understanding of unit testing frameworks
Good understanding of e2e testing frameworks
Knowledge of different mobile platform (iOS, Android) capabilities and limitations
