Key responsibilities:

  • Have technical understanding of insurance fraud and more complex handling skills.
  • Have the ability to liaise with suppliers and law enforcement agencies confidently.
  • Good attention to detail as well as planning and organisational skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate a strong focus in claims handling and adopt a proactive settlement strategy.
  • Be involved in coaching and strategy planning as well as act as a referral point for the team.
