Description

This role is a full time, temporary contract based at our Head Office at Newcastle Business Park.

Job duties and responsibilities (but not limited to):

Posting cash and allocating receipts on Sage Line 50
Raising sales invoices
Preparing and reviewing debtors reports to discuss with the MD
Providing statements to clients on a timely basis
Reconciling monthend sales to individual branch reports
Assisting with other accounting duties, as and when required
Confident using Sage Line 50
Experienced with credit control
A selfmotivated individual who can work well in a small Accounts team
Comfortable working to tight deadlines
Confident using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
