We are currently looking to recruit a positive, proactive individual in the role of Draughtsperson on an as required basis, to join our diverse team in Aberdeen, UK.

Job Title
Draughtsperson (as required)

  • Identify any key draughting issues or problems within the Drawing Office and inform the Drawing Office Manager.
  • Draughting interface and support for UKBU, TMOS, OED or any other client.
  • Review and checking of technical drawings to ensure they comply to office procedures.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as requested by the Drawing Office Manager

You are meant for this job if

  • Relevant draughting experience
Expected to have good draughting experience of some of the following areas:

  • Rigid pipeline installation
  • stalks, pipelay procedures, associated fabrication and pipelay vessels.
  • General Fabrication welding, bolted connections, machining/tolerances, materials and practical fabrication knowledge.
  • Umbilical and Flexible installation packing, associated fabrication, installation procedures and routing.
  • Field layouts and approaches.
  • Spool fabrication and metrology.
  • Diver access and diving umbilical excursion lengths.
