Gross Salary Range £65,000 - £85,000 dependant on experience, plus participation in company bonus and share options schemes.
Location Flexible within the UK - hybrid working with office locations throughout the UK.
We are Headquartered in Cardiff with team members across the UK, EU and Asia. We all operate using flexible and remote working policies.
Function Growth Marketing - driving Go to Market activities in partnership with Sales & Product teams.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Head of Marketing with a passion for understanding our customers and developing disruptive value propositions.
You will be joining a small, agile team, who like to experiment, hack and learn quickly, without the bureaucracy of larger, slowing moving organisations.
You will flourish at AMPLYFI if you are intelligent, curious and biased to action and this role is perfect for anyone keen to take ownership of creating growth and value, without starting from scratch.

Plan, implement and deliver a marketing strategy that meets business goals by working closely with the product, sales and customer success teams
' specifically:
- Developing initiatives to drive demand generation and pipeline utilising a variety of tactics (Paid, Organic,
- Create integrated and innovative marketing campaigns run on time and within budget
- Monitor marketing performance against business goals.
- Continually look to improve processes & optimise outcomes
Key results/objectives
We think that clear objectives are key to success. In the Marketing Team we work towards Increasing Revenue.
As such, you will be responsible for initiatives related to the following:
Key Results:
- Driving revenue from closed won deals associated with marketing
- Increasing the volume of inbound enquiries
- Lowering the cost of customer acquisition
- Shortening the average deal cycle time
- Increase average initial deal value
Qualification and
skills

Experience
You will be experienced at leading marketing initiatives at fast-growth software businesses, either as a founder, manager or consultant
With demonstrable experience of:
- Strategy understanding of business needs over multiple quarters and planning work to meet these needs
- Process managing yours and others time and actively shaping processes to improve outcomes
- Collaboration working with specialists in SEO, PPC,
Customer Success Teams on projects
- Leadership you are comfortable making decisions under pressure, taking ownership of outcomes and inspiring stakeholders to follow you
Skills
- Persuasive Writing you can write copy that moves people from uninterested to excited in just a few lines
- Performance Marketing you understand the concepts that drive SEO and PPC and can work with specialist to get the most from these activities
- Conversion Optimisation you can build landing pages and website for Organic, Paid and Direct Traffic and iterate on them using data and best practice to guide you, leveraging specialist collaborators (UX, graphics, webdev) as required
- Marketing Analytics you are comfortable with gathering, analysing and telling stories about data from your work
- Web Technologies you are comfortable with Content
