    Business Development Manager MENA

    The role of Business Development Manager MENA is a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Dubai or Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work closely with the International Senior Leadership Team to secure new business opportunities and design high-impact solutions and bids.

    About the Role

    We are seeking a well-connected individual with experience in business development, who can manage bids for securing high-value contracts in the Middle East. A strong understanding of educational systems and policy issues, as well as political and strategic awareness of the education context in the region, is essential.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategies to secure new business opportunities across the Middle East.
    • Manage bids for high-value contracts, working closely with the International Directorate.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the region.

    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

    • A minimum of [X] years' experience in business development, preferably in the education sector.
    • Demonstrable success in managing bids for high-value contracts.
    • Strong technical knowledge of educational systems and policy issues in the Middle East.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Bilingual English/Arabic language skills, with the ability to travel regionally.

    Salary and Benefits

    The salary for this role is AED 235,000 / SAR 240,000 per annum, inclusive of salary and allowances. Benefits include:

    Working Arrangements
