This firm has won the prestigious "World's Most Ethical Insurance Broker" award for 10 consecutive years so, as you would expect, it takes the strength of its claims proposition and employee advancement very seriously.
The team handles claims on behalf of all this broker's clients across the whole of the North West, and you will be welcome to be based (in a hybrid : remote capacity) from any one of a number of regional offices (or several, if preferred).
This role is heavily client-facing and you will visit clients (typically accompanying Account Executives and Directors) at their premises or site of claim for any number of reasons such as to help prepare renewal reports, talk through the broker's claims offering to prospective clients at tender or, of course, in the event of a loss.
You will be dealing with clients from a wide variety of industry sectors such as Construction, Logistics & Distribution, Manufacturing and Engineering, and accordingly, have a caseload of claims spanning Property, Motor, Liability and Financial Lines losses, to name but a few.
Most of your clients will sit within the Corporate Division and generate fee income in excess of £75,000 per annum, although your expertise may be occasionally be called upon to deal with commercial and mid-corporate clients suffering major losses, such as work place fatalities and the like.
