£19,000 + bonus and commission

Job description

The Role:

Our client based in Redditch has a firm that will strive to support you and help you achieve your goals and ambitions.

Building on their well-established roots, they are looking to grow and expand their successful customer service team.

They are looking for customer service advisors to contact pre-existing bookings to check over the details and see if they want anything adding to their booking.

You will also be handling inbound calls from customers as well.
