The Role

We are currently seeking a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team on a temporary basis.

The start date for this role is 28/02/2024, and the end date is 28/02/2024.

As a temporary Band 5 RMN, you will have the opportunity to work flexible shifts and make a real impact during your time with us.

Responsibilities
As a Band 5 RMN at our trust, your key responsibilities will include:

Providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients with mental health conditions
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans
Administering medications and treatments
Supporting and guiding patients in their recovery journey
Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients
Monitoring and documenting patients' progress and reporting any concerns or changes in their condition
Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

To be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
A valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A genuine passion for providing highquality care to patients with mental health conditions
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

Payment and Shift Details
As a temporary Band 5 RMN, you will be offered a competitive payment rate of £200 per shift. The payment will be made through PAYE. The shift timings for this role are from 07:30:00 to 20:00:00.
