Administrative Assistant
Alex Hutcheon + Company is a prominent private client residential property firm serving Aberdeen and the northeast.
We are seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant within our city centre estate agency.
Experience required:
We are looking for a confident well organised individual who can demonstrate attention to detail, to join our established property and main reception team, with reference evidence to support any experience within a similar role.
Duties shall include but are not exclusive to the following:
- First point of contact for clients
- Compiling of property schedules
- Uploading properties onto the market and various web sites
- Provide administration support as and when required to the Property Team.
- Provide holiday and possible sickness cover as required
- Be able to build effective relationships with clients and work colleagues
- Have a strong administration background
- Have a fast typing speed with good accuracy.
- Smart appearance and approachable manner
- Fast learner who is able to multi task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels and a high level of organisational skills.
- Confident, able to self motivate and work on own initiative
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
