KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieving individual sales targets set each month by Sales Management.
  • To proactively seek new business in the specified product range, by targeting a combination of existing customer base and prospective customers.
  • Maximize sales GP by continually expanding orders and up selling on all incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Ownership and management of a designated group of customers with both assigned financial and activity based objectives.
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing Managers to get customers to attend events & seminars.
  • Maintain an agreed level of proactive telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers, operating a callout cycle, which includes updating customer events and call logging systems as required. (CRM)
  • Ensure that the external sales team is kept informed of any developments relevant to their accounts.
  • Ensure the rest of the internal sales team are kept informed of developments within your customer range should you be absent or if the account has any cross over activities.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties deemed appropriate by theSales Management Team.
  • To attend product training as arranged by Sales Management.
  • Focus on outlined monthly drive lines and achieve set targets
  • Ability to effectively produce sales quotations and follow up to order
  • Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards

DESIRED PERSONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ B2B years experience in an office based sales lead role
  • Customer facing sales experience
  • Have a proven track record of conducting proactive and reactive salesdriven campaigns
  • Are resultsdriven, organised and focus on attention to detail
  • Bring entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and drive
  • Selfmotivated, and confident working independently and as a team
  • Work autonomously to achieve set KPIs
  • Be an expert communicator (verbally and written) and relationship builder
