We are looking an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our team, to manage, operate and maintain a combined heat and power plant.

You will also assist with the maintenance of the agricultural machinery and equipment.


What you will bring...

  • Be well organised, methodical with the ability to problem solve
  • Strong background in engineering, preferably both mechanical and electrical
  • Experience of managing, operating and routine maintenance of machinery
  • Experience in both mig and tig welding
  • Experience with rough terrain telehandler, would be an advantage

What you'll be doing...

  • Managing the operation of the Combined Heat and Power Plant
  • Managing the drying process of feedstock which include operation of a telehandler
  • Managing the workshop and stock of spare parts
  • You will be working 5 days per week (40 hrs) which is flexible
  • Helping with the maintenance of the farms machinery fleet
  • Some farm work in quiet periods

Salary:
£25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability
