Administrator/ Coordinator - HYBRID - ongoing temp
Pay - £ £13.70
Location - Office based near Billingshurst, hybrid working after training period
Office Angels are partnering a leading global brand who are on the hunt for a new team member to join their expanding team.
Working in the administrative function of the team, your role will be busy, with no two days the same You will be working as partof a friendly, professional, and supportive team where two of our other temps have already gone permanent in their positions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Requesting quotes and raising purchase orders
- Communicate and update order status
- Update and maintain internal reports
- Coordinate delivery and logistics
- Quality check and validate orders
- Support the Account Managers with daytoday administration
- Work with suppliers to obtain pricing
- Processing sales orders
- Create customer quotes
- Liaise with internal teams to update on orders
Skills and Experience:
- Must possess strong administrative skills
- Proficient in MS packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
