WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RECYCLING SECTOR EXPERIENCED INDIVIDUAL REQUIRED AS A CONTRACT MANAGER TO AUDIT AND RETAIN MULTIPLE CONTRACT ACCOUNTS


TITLE:
Contract Account / Project Consultant - Waste & Recycling Operations


PACKAGE:
Circa £40-48,000 plus Substantial Bonus, Car / Allowance & Enhanced Pension


LOCATION:
You may be located anywhere in the UK and be prepared to travel when required with occasional overnight stays

ROLE:
Contract Account / Project Consultant - Waste & Recycling Operations

  • As a recycling and waste expert, you will independently assess client services through a structured review process and provide advice on a variety of areas, including the latest industry innovations, endoflife solutions, carbon and social impact, legislative compliance, commercial contracts, and market trends.
  • You will be responsible for benchmarking a range of waste management and recycling contracts
  • You will endeavour to grow the clients offering and improve profitability
  • Writing comprehensive, precise, and informative reports and supporting documents, presentations, and project updates using MS Office.
  • Overseeing all aspects of project delivery by creating, scheduling, and managing work plans and conducting onsite visits
  • Ensuring that projects deliver the desired outcomes and benefits to clients by following best practices and standards throughout the entire project execution.
  • Analyzing data to provide accurate reports and recommendations
  • Conducting effective site visits while upholding company values and standards
  • Identifying opportunities for business development and assisting the business development team in converting them

EXPEIRENCE:
Contract Account / Project Consultant - Waste & Recycling Operations

You will have worked in the Waste Management and Recycling Sector (either a commercial or operational background works) and be able to hold your own in a conversation on waste & recycling service delivery and sustainability in front of a large client

You will have a full UK driving licence

YOU WILL HAVE WORKED IN THE WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RECYCLING SECTOR IN THESE ROLES OR SIMILAR:
Waste Contracts Manager, Account Manager, Waste Depot Operations Manager, Recycling Manager, Waste Manager, Commercial Manager


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£40,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
