Production Co-Ordinator

Working Pattern:_
Full Time, Permanent, 4 x 12 hour rotating shifts consisting of days, nights and weekends.

Job Purpose:
To provide effective and efficient administrative support to the operations team.

Assist in the control and help continuously improve all aspects of plant performance including health and safety, food safety and quality and to provide support in the coaching & training of associates.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Implement graphs and update daily the performance on operational KPI's.
Assist in the effective and accurate capture of shift related data including associate training matrix, BBS (Behavioral-Based Safety) & Near miss accident trackers.
Assist in associate training and talent growth to help develop a succession plan to meet the business needs of the future.
Ensure all shift performance related information is kept up to date reflecting a real time accurate position.
Provide support to the site Continuous Improvement and operational teams as required to help deliver improvement projects and the implementation of new processes or procedures.
Cross functional communication and working.

Skills and qualifications:

Able to communicate with a multicultural wide range of associates at all levels of the business.
Competent user of windows packages including Excel at intermediate level or higher.
Experience with operating ERP systems (ideally Oracle).
Strong time management, administrative and organisational skills.
Experience of working within a food manufacturing environment (Desirable).

Salary:
£34,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
