Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic, personable, and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team for the weekend shifts, from Friday to Sunday evenings.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for mixology, a flair for customer service, and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and friendly bar atmosphere.

As part of our team, you will be instrumental in providing an unforgettable experience for our guests, ensuring high standards of service and beverage quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Service: Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to our quality standards.

Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to all guests, from greeting them warmly to answering questions about our menu and making recommendations based on their preferences.

Order Management: Efficiently take and process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service. Handle transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer.

Cleanliness and Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and well-organized, adhering to health and safety regulations. Perform opening and closing duties as required.

Stock Management: Assist in managing bar inventory, including restocking supplies and alerting management to low stock levels to ensure the bar is well-equipped for service.

Teamwork: Collaborate with the rest of the bar and restaurant team to ensure a seamless service experience for our guests.


Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a bar or similar environment preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure in a fastpaced setting.
• A team player with a cando attitude and a willingness to help out where needed.
• Must be available to work evening shifts from Friday to Sunday.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
